■Rotating eddy current testing products

CIRCOGRAPH is an automatic high-speed rotating eddy current flaw detection system that automatically detects surface flaws in steel materials and non-ferrous metals using eddy current testing. Since we use the Rotating eddy probe coil method, which detects flaws by rotating the sensor (probe coil) around the material to be inspected at high speed while transporting the non-inspected material, it is possible to use a rotating eddy probe coil method. , surface flaws (mainly longitudinal flaws) on steel bars (rods), steel pipes (pipes), etc. can be detected automatically and at high speed.
