About This Product

■Through-type eddy current testing products

The DEFECTOMAT series is a penetrating eddy current flaw detection system packed with a wealth of functions.

■DEFECTOMAT CI/DI

A compact eddy current flaw detector packed with a wealth of functions. Flaw detection conditions can be freely set according to the inspection requirements of various production lines. 2-frequency specification, can be used in combination with absolute comparison coil and iron powder detection. Digital data of flaw detection signals can be saved. There are two types: CI, which has a built-in control PC, and DI, which is external. ・DEFECTOMAT CI: Space-saving specification with built-in control PC ・DEFECTOMAT DI: Controlled by external PC. Ideal for setting flaw detection conditions and monitoring signals remotely from the flaw detector itself, or for controlling from a location far away from the flaw detection line. Multiple flaw detectors can be controlled with one PC. Optional functions can be added according to the flaw detection purpose and budget.

■Basic specifications

・Optional flaw detection frequency switching type from 8 frequencies from 1KHz to 1,000KHz ・Filter settings: External speed measurement/internal clock/fixed ・Y-axis evaluation/vector evaluation/segment evaluation ・Threshold level 2 ・Setting condition library function ・Marking output ・Good/bad selection signal

・Flaw detection of steel bars, wire rods, and pipes ・Flaw detection on wire drawing lines, drawing lines, and pipe making lines ・Flaw detection of iron, nonferrous metals, and stainless steel materials
