About This Product

The MegaPulse Antenna Surge PF is designed in accordance with Annex N of information technology equipment safety standards IEC, EN, and UL60950, and simulates lightning interference (surge) incoming telecommunications networks and transient phenomena in power distribution systems. This is an impulse tester that

■Summary

A lightning surge test is a test that evaluates whether equipment can withstand lightning surges that occur in daily life, surges during switching, and other high-frequency disturbances that occur on power transmission lines. Implementation is stipulated by various IEC standards and JIS standards. MegaPulse Antenna Surge PF can generate a standard lightning surge waveform (wavelength 10µs, tail length 700µs).

■Features

・Can generate test voltage (charging voltage of discharging capacitor) of up to 10kV -Equipped with a voltmeter on the front panel ・The charging voltage of the capacitor can be adjusted manually using the knob on the front panel, or can be controlled via USB as an option. ・Equipped with an interlock control terminal as standard (prohibits generation of high voltage when the circuit is open) ・A 4MΩ load resistor can be built-in as an option. - Optional PC software "Testminder" allows control and acquisition of measurement logs. ・Instruction manual, ISO9001 calibration certificate included, test report included - Calibration cycle is 1 year, A2LA calibration is also available as an option. ・1 year product warranty included
