About This Product

Measuring leakage current (touch current) is the basis for evaluating the safety of many electronic devices. overview

■There is leakage current in electronic devices connected to AC power. When a leakage current exists, when a human body and an electronic device come into contact, a path is created through the human body to the ground.

Depending on the amount of leakage current, people may feel uncomfortable, receive an electric shock, or even be at risk of getting an electric shock. Methods for measuring leakage current are defined by various product safety standards. This circuit is specified in the international standard "IEC60990 - Method of measuring contact current and protective conductor current". This product series has products with circuit constants specified for each standard for leakage current testing.You can select the necessary network for each standard to be measured and use your AC voltmeter or oscilloscope. Leakage current measurements can be made at no additional cost.

・You can choose the leakage current network for each applicable standard. ・Compliant with IECEEOD-5013, IECEEOD-5014, IEC60990 ・Uses high-precision components that are resistant to heat and aging, and have low parasitic inductance and low stray capacitance. ・Physical layout of components is optimized to handle high frequencies ・The metal box and ground plane of the circuit board have a shield structure to make them less susceptible to external influences. ・Comes with a 1 year warranty
