About This Product

When raw materials of various metals (Au, Ag, Cu, Al, Ni, Co) are evaporated in an inert gas, the metal vapor repeatedly collides with the surrounding inert gas molecules, cooling the vapor and producing nano Grows into particles. The generated nanoparticles can be deposited on a substrate to form a nanoparticle film. When most metals become nanoparticles, they appear black due to the influence of surface plasmons. The gold color of Au, the silver color of Ag, or the copper color of Cu all disappear and become the same black. In other words, it is also possible to determine whether or not it is a nanoparticle based on its color. When gold becomes nanoparticles, it exhibits catalytic activity. It is also useful in the development of biosensors. When magnetic materials such as nickel, cobalt, and iron become nanoparticles, they cease to be ferromagnetic and exhibit superparamagnetism. This is an experimental device suitable for the development of new physical properties such as quantum effects and luminescent properties derived from the nano-size of materials.
