About This Product

This is a vacuum evaporation device for coating various metal thin films on the surface of granular or powder-type samples. By allowing the evaporation source to evaporate from the top to the bottom, it has become possible to deposit on particulate samples that cannot be fixed. Equipped with a vibration sample stage invented by our company, it is possible to perform vapor deposition while vibrating and rotating the sample. By rotating the particles, uniform deposition is possible on each particle surface, and deposition spots can be significantly improved. It is also possible to incorporate our vibration sample stage and inverted evaporation crucible into your existing vacuum evaporation equipment, so please feel free to contact us.
