About This Product

There are cases where it is desired to vacuum deposit a metal film on the surface of a sample that dislikes moisture or oxygen and collect it without exposing it to the atmosphere. However, traditional vacuum deposition equipment cannot achieve this goal. This is because such samples are usually stored and handled in a glove box filled with inert gas, making it impossible to prepare the sample for placement in a vacuum evaporation system that is placed in an atmospheric atmosphere. We installed a transparent acrylic glove box around our vacuum evaporation equipment, making it possible to install and collect samples through the glove box. The sample container filled with nitrogen in the customer's glove box is placed into the nitrogen-filled glove box of this equipment, and then a series of sample installation, film deposition, and sample collection operations are performed, and then returned to the nitrogen-filled sample container. It is also possible to customize according to the specifications of the customer's existing vacuum evaporation equipment.

This is a vacuum evaporation device with a glove box for forming metal films on samples without exposing them to moisture or oxygen.
