About This Product

The film thickness meter DT-156 is a dual type, so it can measure the film thickness of various coatings on magnetic metals (iron, steel, ferritic stainless steel) and non-magnetic metals (aluminum, aluminum alloys, copper, austenitic stainless steel). Masu. Film thickness meter DT-156 can also be used in continuous measurement mode by placing the probe on the measurement surface and sliding the probe. This function allows you to easily determine errors in film thickness values ​​at certain locations. Measured data can be saved in the main unit's internal memory in four groups (1 group: 80 measured data saved), and the measured data can be easily downloaded to a computer using the analysis software included with the main unit and a USB cable. . The downloaded data is displayed as a measurement data histogram (frequency distribution chart) and graph. Automatically calculates and displays the average value, maximum/minimum value, and standard deviation of the measurement data. Measurement data can be saved in text and Excel format.
