About This Product

Patented. It is possible to manufacture a 400μ thick high current board with a design rule of base copper thickness of 70μ. Breaking through the common wisdom that thick copper substrates cannot be made smaller. While the circuit thickness of a typical printed circuit board is 35μm, this is a thick copper board that can handle large currents by creating a circuit made of copper up to 2,000μm thick. It is extremely effective in downsizing devices with large loads such as high voltage and high current. Additionally, because it has good thermal properties, it can be used as a board with excellent heat diffusion and heat dissipation while also having a GND function. We have realized a natural circuit formation using thick copper instead of a normal circuit without placing any major restrictions on the design. Compared to bus bars, etc., it is possible to achieve lower parasitic inductance and capacitance. When circuits are formed using a normal etching process, the cross section of the circuit is trapezoidal, but our high-current board is characterized by an abacus-shaped cross section, which means that the cross section of the circuit has a trapezoidal shape. Larger dimensions and cross-sectional areas can be secured.
