About This Product

This is a completely new tungsten electrode polishing machine with excellent precision and operability. It has unimaginable power from its lightweight and compact body. ESG Plus can perform three processes accurately and quickly with one machine: polishing, cutting, and end flattening, leading to cost and time savings.

■High polishing accuracy achieved with ESG PlusBy creating a hole with a fixed angle and diameter, you can always obtain an accurate polishing angle. By eliminating the troublesome angle setting and collet replacement with conventional grinders, operating time is greatly reduced and errors during setting are eliminated. Polishing angles are 15°, 30°, 45°, and 60°, and each angle has holes with tungsten diameters of 1.0, 1.6, 2.0, 2.4, 3.2, and 4.0 mm (24 holes in total).

■Lightweight and small body that can be carried anywhereThe compact body weighs 1.4 kg and measures 65 mm x 350 mm, so you can place it anywhere and easily carry it to the site. (Comes with storage hard case)

■Smooth and powerful rotation thanks to the adoption of a high-performance motorThis compact body is equipped with a high-performance motor, giving you unprecedented power and smoothness.

■All-purpose machine with 3 functions in 1All processes such as polishing, cutting, and tip flattening can be performed quickly and accurately without changing settings.
