Preparative HPLC is a system for extracting and purifying target components after separation by HPLC. The preparative separation system PLC761 can be configured in various ways to suit your needs. It also features a design that emphasizes ease of use, including a unique efficient recycling mechanism and control software specialized for preparative separation.

■Features

- DVCS mechanism can be used to cut dead volume during recycling separation and separation. ・Function and operability have been improved through a complete review of the software. ・Various injection methods available (G-Prep AS, manual injection, etc.) ・It is possible to simultaneously capture 2 UV wavelengths and monitor 3 channels simultaneously using RI. ■Preheat mixer

The HPLC preparative system PLC761 can use a column oven to improve elution time reproducibility. Due to the large internal diameter of preparative columns, the eluent must be preheated. PLC761 uses a preheat mixer that combines this preheat function and gradient mixer function.

■Recycling system

In the case of recycling separation, if large volumes such as sample loops and preheat mixers are included in the recycling system, recycling efficiency will be extremely poor. The PLC761 has a DVCS (Dead Volume Cut System) mechanism that cuts these dead volumes during recycling separation, allowing for efficient recycling separation.

■G-Prep AS

This is an autosampler developed for preparative separation. Suitable for processing multiple samples. You can set 56 10mL vials (standard), 56 20mL vials (optional), and 110 4mL vials (optional). Sample loops are available for 10mL (standard) and 20mL (optional). To eliminate sample waste when collecting samples in the loop, a No Waste mode is included as standard, which inserts a mobile phase before and after the sample.
