About This Product

A disc spring is a disk-shaped spring with a hole in the center. They are generally conical or dish-shaped and characterized by uniform thickness. This shape allows for even force distribution and high strength. Additionally, by layering multiple disc springs, you can create a spring with greater strength. It can also be used as a washer to dampen vibrations and prevent loosening.

■Features・Delivers large load capacity in a relatively small space in the load direction
・By appropriately selecting effective height (h)/plate thickness (t), various load characteristics can be adjusted with a single unit.
・Can be adjusted to a wide range of load characteristics by combining multiple disc springs such as parallel and series.

■Disc spring processing・We can also process non-standard custom sizes.
・A dish-shaped mold is required, but for small quantities, a temporary mold can be used.
- Compatible materials: SK85, SUP9, SUS301CSP, SUS304CSP, SUS631CSP, C5210, etc.
