About This Product

Increase the hydrophilicity of all the substrates and improve adhesive, coating characteristics, and printing.

■ Overview

The plasma irradiation surface modification device plasma wedge of the wedge is a device that instantly gives hydrophilic, adhesive, coating characteristics, and printing on the surface of plastic, glass, metal, and all substrates in the atmosphere. The plasma irradiation device of the wedge generates plasma discharge in the atmosphere using high -voltage plasma discharge and air (air). By directly irradiating the plasma discharge electron on the substrate surface, a hydrophilic polar group is generated on the surface to provide functions such as wetness, adhesiveness, printing, and coating characteristics.

■ Features

・ Because plasma discharge is generated while waiting, it does not require a ground pole, so the surface modification of hollow bottles or uneven molded products can be performed. ・ Do not give heat to the base material like flame (frame) processing. There is no complicated adjustment. ・ Since only electricity and air are used, the equipment is easy. ・ The resin, metal, and those complex can be processed at the same time by the special power supply of the wedge. ・ Because it uses a flexible high -pressure cable, it can be operated freely with a robot. ・ Because it is a small design, it does not take up space.
