About This Product

■Special tools for machining cemented carbide and die steel (die sack mill)

Die Sac Mill is Eisen's original diamond/CBN electroplated tool that can process difficult-to-cut mold materials such as cemented carbide and die steel at impressive speeds. Since machining efficiency is higher than electric discharge machining, working time can be significantly reduced. Additionally, there is no micro-cracking and a stable mold life can be achieved. Additionally, there is no need for expensive electrodes, and the tool life is long, so tool costs can be significantly reduced. In addition, mirror finishing by machine is possible, eliminating the need for hand wrapping by skilled workers.

A mirror finishing tool specifically for cemented carbide and die steel.

■Square type JE series

It is possible to finish a wide range of flat surfaces to a mirror finish using the end face of the tool.
