About This Product

■ Crampons screw gaugeA thread gauge is a tool used to check whether manufactured "male" or "female" threads meet standard dimensions. Pass/fail is determined based on whether the test passes a predetermined number of times according to various standards. Eisen manufactures thread gauges based on official standards.

In order to pursue better quality, Eisen is the first domestic thread gauge manufacturer to calibrate thread gauges as an ISO/IEC17025:2017 certified calibration organization. The items covered by ISO/IEC17025:2017 are being expanded all the time, so please check the information page.

■Fusion of screw gauge and pin gaugeThread plug gauge with threaded part on the passing side. Screw hole positions can be measured with high precision.

■Features・The threaded part is compliant with the plug gauge standard for the threaded hole, allowing you to check the threaded hole at the same time.
・Perpendicularity can be confirmed by looking at the gap at the end of the pin gauge part.
・The gauge material is gauge steel (SKS3, HRC58 or higher), which has excellent wear resistance.
- Comes with a removable knurled handle to prevent touching the gauge part with bare hands (please remove it if it interferes with measurement).
・In order to meet the trust and peace of mind of our customers, inspection report sheets for the screw gauge part and pin gauge part are included.

■Usage example・Measure the screw hole position with a coordinate measuring machine
・Measure the screw hole position with a height gauge
・Measure the pitch of the screw holes with a caliper

■Accuracy・Through tightening, the centripetal force of the screw acts, and the screw position gauge is held at the center of the screw hole. →Repeat error 10μ or less (according to our experiments)
・Since it is received on the end face, there is almost no chance of the pin gauge part falling down.
