About This Product

■About tank types

There are two types of water supply pressure tanks that automatically replenish air into the tank (automatic air replenishment type/compressor type) and completely sealed pressure tanks that do not replenish air within the tank (accumulation type). Mechanism of pressure tank (automatic start/stop and press-fitting method)

■1. Automatic start/stop of pump

-According to the principles of physics, the volume of air increases or decreases in inverse proportion to absolute pressure. In other words, if the absolute pressure doubles, the volume of air will be halved. ・If this compressible air and incompressible water are sealed in a sealed container and operated by connecting it to a pump with downward-sloping performance, the ratio of air to water in the sealed container will change as the end water supply volume increases or decreases. will change. ・If the change in pressure is captured and converted into an electrical signal and sent back to the pump, the pump will automatically start and stop.

■2. Tank press-fitting method

・There are two methods for pressurizing water from the pump into the tank: full pressure injection and partial pressure injection. ・The full volume press-in type is a system in which the entire volume (100%) of the water discharged by the pump is passed through a tank and sent to the main water supply pipe, and is used for extremely small water volumes of approximately 0.3m3/m or less. ・Partial injection type is a method used for small to medium-sized water volume exceeding the above-mentioned water supply volume, in which a portion of the water discharged by the pump (approximately 3 to 20%) is passed through the tank, and the remaining majority is sent directly to the main water supply pipe without passing through the tank. At the tank outlet, it merges with the tank discharge water to become 100% water and is supplied to the end. ・Since the tank volume is approximately proportional to the amount of water injected, this partial press-in type requires a smaller tank volume than the full-volume press-in type.

■Mechanism of pressure tank 2 (air supply method)

・In an air-replenishing pressure tank, pressurized water and compressed air come into direct contact in a sealed container, so the air gradually dissolves into the water and is expelled out of the container along with the water, gradually reducing the amount of air inside the container. This will eventually cause inching (flapping operation) and burn out the motor. ・Since this is not enough, you must always supply air little by little from outside to keep the amount of air inside the container constant. This is the air replenishment method, and there are other methods such as using a small Bebicon or replenishing the air yourself. ・Our Yamasho tank uses a novel system that uses a self-automatic air replenishment system to further enhance the safety of tank operation.
