■Features

Laminated glass is made by sandwiching a special PVB (polyvinyl butyral) film between two sheets of glass and heat-pressing them under high temperature and pressure. characteristics

■Fragments are less likely to scatter

Since the glass is bonded to a special film, even if it is damaged due to an earthquake or impact, it will be difficult for the pieces to scatter or fall off.

■Difficult for impact objects to penetrate

A special film that is flexible and strong makes it difficult for impact objects to penetrate.

■UV shielding effect

The special film blocks more than 99% of UV rays while maintaining visible light transmittance equivalent to that of regular flat glass.

■Special film thickness

Laminated glass comes in 30mil, 60mil, 90mil, etc., and can be used depending on the security level. Product effects

■Scatter prevention effect

Because the glass is bonded with a special film sandwiched between the two pieces of glass, it is possible to minimize the scattering of fragments in the event of breakage, making this glass highly safe.

■Sound insulation effect

Demonstrates sound insulation effect over the entire sound range

It has high transparency in the visible light range, and almost blocks (approx. 99% cut) UV light (280~380nm).
