About This Product

GR-PDK is a development kit that supports GDI printer driver developers.

■Summary

- The GDI printer driver development kit "GR-PDK" supports the development of printer drivers for GDI print paths. ・Our company has accumulated many years of experience and packaged all complex interactions with Windows®, drawing, etc. into a core module (source code provided). - Driver developers can complete a full driver by simply writing target printer-specific information (properties, printer commands) into the customization module. ・Also, due to the "native method" development, it is possible to support the unique functions of the target printer.

■Features

・License fee only, no royalties required ・Source code provided (sample source of custom module also provided) ・Created custom modules can be shared between OSs - No restrictions on printer types ・Free support for half a year (phone/email support, minor updates, etc.)

■The structure is “dam style”

In this format, in response to a print request from an application, the driver side draws in the page memory prepared and sends it all together as an image command to the printer side.

■Development method is “native method”

This is a method of development using DDK.

■Contents written by the developer (custom module)
