About This Product

As network devices become smaller, more portals, and more ad hoc, the ability to look for data types in DNS resource records and automatically assign IP addresses becomes essential in the absence of traditional DNS servers. It's becoming more and more. Wise-Zeroconf is one of the techniques to automatically create an Internet Protocol (IP) network in response to this, and is the "WiSe-Zeroconf" product provided by Silex, a manufacturer specializing in WiFi development. Wise-Zeroconf is an OS-independent ZeroConf standard stack based on Apple's Bonjour (aka Rendezvous), and is an embedded development kit that simplifies network device, service discovery, and IP configuration. Furthermore, although Wise-Zeroconf has been tested and verified on Linux, ThreadX, FreeRTOS, etc., it can also be implemented without an OS, making it fully compatible with devices with small memory footprints. ZeroConf standard network protocol WiSe-Zeroconf features

■IP v4 link - Dynamic configuration of local address

・Dynamic allocation of IPv4 link-local addresses in the 169.254/16 subnet ・Unique IPv4 address for local link ・Use this IPv4 address only if no other IP address is available ・Communication limited to local links - Ideal for adhoc networks when a DHCP server is unavailable - Compatible with similar features on Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac: Compatible with standard DNS
