About This Product

Extremely robust contact system with flexible contact structure, even if inserted incorrectly.

■Features

・Extremely robust. - Elastic contact finger. ・Includes cable assembly. - Can be attached and detached up to 10,000 times.

■Robust and flexible contact design

Due to the elastic contact fingers, the ODU TURNTAC® contact system allows insertion angle tolerances of up to 5°. Depending on the type of slot pin, 2 to 6 contact points are created. This ensures a stable and secure connection.

■Minimum outer diameter pins are also possible

Contact systems are available in contact sizes starting at 0.3 mm outside diameter. Thanks to its elastic contact fingers, ODU TURNTAC® is a solution that guarantees a reliable connection even when there is little space available.

■Flexibility

The profile and connections can be adjusted to suit different assembly situations. In this case, special external shapes, sealing surfaces, and other requirements can be flexibly realized.

■Gold plating

Gold is a precious metal with particularly excellent corrosion resistance among commonly used contact platings. It will not corrode even when exposed to harsh environmental conditions (dirt, weather conditions, chemicals, etc.) for long periods of time. This also keeps the connective properties unchanged.

■Insertion/extraction force

ODU TURNTAC® contacts are particularly popular for their stable and low insertion/extraction forces. This provides optimal usability during insertion and removal. The ODU TURNTAC® contact system provides excellent connection security even under high load conditions thanks to its elastic contact fingers. Choose from a variety of sizes to find the perfect contact for your application. Even with very small contact diameters, ODU TURNTAC® exhibits long-lasting connecting properties. ・Stable and low insertion/extraction force. ・Contact diameter from 0.3 mm. ・Insertion angle tolerance: max. 5°. - Can be attached and detached up to 10,000 times.
