The robust and compact contact design fully meets the demanding requirements of the medical technology sector and ensures a reliable and durable connection. This allows it to be used safely in a wide range of applications, from MRI equipment to surgical equipment.

■High connection safety with spring wire technology

This contact system with multiple contact surfaces is extremely robust and extremely reliable. Furthermore, since each spring wire is mounted independently, high vibration stability and low contact resistance are achieved. This ensures reliable transmission even with low contact forces. ODUSPRINGTAC® is suitable for applications where high sensitivity is required, such as in the field of medical technology or measurement technology.

■High performance that can be attached and detached up to 1 million times

Highly efficient conduction with ODU SPRINGTAC® contact system. Regardless of the application range, it provides highly efficient conduction. The intelligent crimp connection system allows for a high degree of flexibility in minimal space while providing up to 1 million mating cycles.

■Achieves connection safety even with a small outer diameter

The smallest contact with an outer diameter of 0.76 mm is equipped with 15 spring wires, creating a large number of contact surfaces. The configuration has many spring wires lined up in parallel, ensuring low contact resistance and stable connection safety.

■Gold plating

Gold is a precious metal with particularly excellent corrosion resistance among commonly used contact platings. It will not corrode even when exposed to harsh environmental conditions (dirt, weather conditions, chemicals, etc.) for long periods of time. This also keeps the connective properties unchanged.
