About This Product

The sludge that needs to be removed from the cutting fluid and cleaning fluid tanks is not only accumulated sludge, but also sludge floating on the liquid surface, otherwise it cannot be called a true sludge recovery machine. The FD-1 type can instantly collect accumulated sludge and instantly collect floating sludge just by switching the valve. Next, reliable dewatering of the collected sludge is an important and necessary function of a sludge collector. Even if the sludge is collected in a short time, if the sludge is in a muddy state due to long dehydration or uneven dehydration, the total collection time cannot be said to be short. The FD-1 type has a structure in which a flat disk type wire mesh element is installed at the bottom of the sludge bucket, and the vacuum pressure from the vacuum pump is applied uniformly to the entire bucket, so the sludge is evenly dehydrated. In addition, the combined dehydration power of compressed air blow pressure and vacuum pressure allows for short-time dehydration. In addition, the most troublesome work for operators at sites where sludge collectors are handled is washing and cleaning the collector body after sludge disposal work. This is because most of the sludge collectors currently on the market are not equipped with washing and cleaning functions for the collector itself. The FD-1 model does not require tap water to wash and clean the sludge collector body, and the collector can be washed and cleaned in a short time without contaminating the cutting fluid and cleaning fluid tanks on site. A cleaning kit (cleaning tank, cleaning nozzle, etc.) is included as standard. In addition, three sludge suction clear pipes (long, medium, and short) are included as standard, which can be replaced with one touch by simply inserting them, making it possible to handle large and small tanks with complex shapes.
