About This Product

The MFL2000 is a leakage magnetic flux flaw detection scanner for tank bottom plates that uses neodymium-iron-boron magnets and combines the latest technology. The latest magnetic technology achieves a higher magnetic flux density than before, dramatically improving corrosion detection and dimension measurement capabilities, and reducing unnecessary noise. The result is a device that is easy to operate, has high production efficiency, and consumes little wear and tear. The strong magnetic field also reduces the dead zone at the edges, making it possible to inspect the edges of the heat-affected zone. 36 LEDs corresponding to 36 sensors clearly indicate the location of corrosion. The MFL2000 is designed to be broadly adaptable to a variety of bottom surface zones and cleaning conditions. (Of course, the better the cleaning condition, the more accurate measurements can be made.) In addition, it has been completed with a lot of field opinions taken into consideration and various field environments, so it can be used in a variety of different environments. I am confident that this is the case.
