About This Product

FloorMap2000 is a leakage magnetic flux flaw detection scanner for tank bottom plates that uses neodymium-iron-boron magnets and combines the latest technology. The latest magnetic technology achieves a higher magnetic flux density than before, dramatically improving corrosion detection and dimension measurement capabilities, and reducing unnecessary noise. The result is a device that is easy to operate, has high production efficiency, and consumes little wear and tear. The strong magnetic field also reduces the dead zone at the edges, making it possible to inspect the edges of the heat-affected zone. FloorMap2000 has a built-in PC and display section. The data collection and analysis software runs on Windows 98, making it possible to measure the dimensions of detected corroded areas in real time. As an option, it is also possible to reproduce the data. The offline data report creation function displays corroded areas on the bottom plate in color distribution, making it easy to create detailed reports that clearly indicate the location of the corroded areas.
