About This Product

■Features

・Strong magnetic field ・High efficiency cycle ・Optimal field pattern ·lightweight ·portable - Power supply used: 220 V or 42 VA.C. ・Isolating .With or without transformer ・Less power loss on slopes ・Low price ・Complies with TUV standard inspection Reliable, powerful, portable and unbeatably tough. It has all the features of the new manual DEUTROPULS magnetic flaw detection system. It is lighter than the previous model. In addition, the manual magnetic flaw detection device is equipped with a corrosion-resistant pressure switch and a non-deformation and stretch-proof cable. Pole shoes are replaceable and can be manually applied with pressure. Manual devices are suitable for high crimping frequencies and are therefore suitable for tough materials with high wear. Long lifespan, low failure rate and low cost make it suitable for maintenance and repair. The stationary DETROFLUX magnetic flaw detector generates two orthogonal magnetic fluxes. It is mainly used when inspecting large parts in the automobile industry. Due to weight issues, portable units are not equipped with two-way magnetization. The portable DEUTROPULS hand yoke is designed to magnetize without overheating or burning spots. For this reason, many standards currently only approve the use of hand magnets. In this case, the magnetic flux is in the direction of the two poles. All DEUTROPULS units think in terms of AC. Compared to direct current, the alternating current method provides better and more stable magnetization conditions and can be easily demagnetized. On the other hand, the DC magnetization method has deep penetrating power, so it can be said to be excellent for detecting cracks below the surface, but with the same current, the magnetic flux density is lower, so the detection ability decreases. Usually, if the induction coefficient becomes too high to use alternating current, then direct current magnetization may be specified in the inspection specifications. The width of the current is approximately 0.1 seconds of alternating current. This is to ensure proper inspection in a residual magnetic field that does not cause overheating. Because the application time is short, it is possible to supply large currents. The operating voltage of the new manual magnetic flaw detection device is 230V. The 42V low voltage Hand Yoke comes with a transformer. All Hand Yoke come standard with a 5m cable.
