About This Product

ZETEC started with commissioned research for the inspection of nuclear SG pipes, and is the first manufacturer in the world to develop the theory of amplitude/phase analysis and multi-frequency methods, laying the foundation for today's eddy current inspection methods. It was in 1996 that ZETEC developed the MIZ-40RFT, the first model that put RFT technology into practical use. MIZ-27SI, the latest and highest grade RFT flaw detection equipment, will be released in January 1999. It has been completed as an ideal device for tube flaw detection in magnetic tube heat exchangers. Remote field flaw detection is possible by connecting the optional separate power supply. As a high frequency eddy current flaw detector that can be used up to 10MHz, it is ideal for detecting minute defects on aircraft, etc. Equipped with the latest RISC computer (200MHz). Compared to MIZ-40RFT, it has about 50 times more power.

・Simultaneous display of 4CH Lissajous waveforms and 2CH analog charts on a large color screen ・Compatible with all probe types such as DIF, ABS, DP, etc. - Automatically switches internal connections by selecting type ・Equipped with automatic amplitude and phase angle measurement function ・Input the calibration curve and directly display the thinning rate ・Data can be reproduced and analyzed with 2MB data memory function ・Equipped with high-speed DSP chip and large color screen (VGA, TFT display) ・A wide selection of display methods such as C-Scan, 3D, B, bar display, etc. ・Flaw detection conditions can also be memorized. Maximum of 21 conditions ・Since it is a dedicated model with a built-in CPU, it starts immediately when the power is turned on. ・Can be terminated immediately by turning OFF
