■Summary

The electric servo motor type vibration test device is a new vibration test device developed based on the AC servo motor control technology that Kokusai Keikoku has cultivated since its founding. It is possible to conduct three-axis simultaneous vibration tests on various test objects, from vibration evaluation of automobile bodies to transportation simulation tests of packaged cargo. Furthermore, compared to conventional vibration testing equipment, installation costs can be significantly reduced. Equipped with a uniquely developed ultra-low inertia AC servo motor, it is capable of high-accuracy, energy-efficient, and clean vibration testing. Various environmental tanks can be selected as options.

■What is electric servo motor type?

This is a new method developed based on Kokusai Measuring Instruments' original AC servo motor control technology. Equipped with an AC servo motor as the power source for dynamic testing. Since it does not require a conventional hydraulic power source or hydraulic equipment, it has various advantages compared to the hydraulic servo type. ・Keep clean: Does not pollute the environment at the installation location ・Space saving: No need for complicated equipment such as hydraulic equipment ・Energy saving Power consumption is approximately 1/3 compared to hydraulic type ・Low noise: Very little noise during device operation ・Low cost Benefits for both capital investment and maintenance costs ・Maintenance-free Free from oil temperature management, replacement, disposal, etc.

■Features

The digital vibration control controller KMSC-911 from Kokusai Measuring Instruments is a vibration control device for performing various vibration tests in combination with an electrodynamic vibration test device. By using a microprocessor and digital synthesizer, stable sine waves and random waves can be swept and controlled with digital settings. Vibration frequency, vibration amount, etc. can be easily set using digital input. Since the input of the control acceleration sensor is 2CH, it is also possible to search for the resonance point of the sample using the monitor terminal. Furthermore, the external control function allows operations such as starting and stopping the sweep from the outside.
