About This Product

■Summary

The admittance gauge is a digital product based on the analog strand gauge. Admittance gauges measure the thickness of insulation applied to conductors such as metals. It is not affected by the material or thickness of the test piece, and even if the surface roughness is large or the metal thickness is 0.1 mm or less, it can be used as a conductive rubber electrode (Φ9.4 mm) as an electrode. By using it, an average value can be obtained due to the compatibility effect with the flexibility of rubber, and it is a highly complete measuring device that minimizes errors.

■Features

・It is effective in measuring thin films of 0.1 mm or less, such as aluminum plates and copper plates. ・Even with test pieces with uneven or wavy substrates, the synergistic effect of the measurement average value of the conductive rubber electrode Φ9.4 mm and the flexibility of rubber makes it possible to perform measurements that minimize the influence of error factors. - Hand probes can measure curved parts, etc., regardless of board thickness, as long as they can conduct electricity to the metal part of the material. ・The larger the probe rubber tip area, the more stable the measurement. The thinner the film, the more sensitive the measurement will be. - Since it is a digital display, there is no error in data reading and the data is transferred to Excel on the PC. ・0.34～40.00mμm, electrode area Φ9.4m probe. Also, the thinner the film, the more accurate measurements can be made. -If the alumite film of the aluminum alloy ADC12 is 2μm or more, using an electrode area of ​​Φ9.4mm will allow more accurate and efficient measurement compared to the current method. ・You can choose from three types of measurement probe electrodes: Φ2, Φ3.5, and Φ9.4mm in diameter. There are also types that can be used interchangeably by changing the switch. ・It is possible to measure not only the plate thickness but also curved surfaces, etc., regardless of the plate thickness as long as the metal part of the test piece can be electrically connected.
