It provides a low humidity environment for manufacturing processes in the electronics and precision fields, helping to improve yields.

■Summary

The manufacturing process of lithium-ion batteries, organic EL, etc. requires an extremely low humidity environment. We provide dry (low dew point) clean rooms that supply dehumidified air as manufacturing environments for products that dislike moisture.

・Developed a unique high-efficiency dehumidifier. ・Supplies clean dry air (ultra-low humidity air) from which chemical components have been removed. ・Significant energy savings due to effective use of waste heat and optimization of air supply/regeneration air volume

It supplies low humidity air with a dew point of -60℃.

■Exhaust heat reuse

Effectively utilizes the heat of regenerated exhaust gas.

■Optimization of operating conditions

Energy-saving operation is achieved by optimizing supply air volume, supply air dew point temperature, and regeneration heater capacity.
