About This Product

■High-quality lining material with excellent stability

The PCL version is intended for the interior, finishing, repair, or reinforcement of tunnels, and is an arc-shaped precast concrete version that is divided into multiple parts in the tunnel cross direction, and is a lining material that is installed on top of the pre-constructed side walls. Mainly used for repairing and reinforcing road tunnels. Features

■Performance/durability

The PCL version is a high-quality, high-performance, and highly durable product manufactured in a factory under strict quality control.

■Stability

By filling backfill between the PCL plate and the ground, stability can be expected even against unexpected loads.

■Workability

By using a dedicated installation machine, the construction period can be shortened. There is no need for large-scale temporary construction work, and the installation work is simple. Construction can be carried out while open to traffic.

■Economy

Compared to conventional technology (cast-in-place concrete reconstruction reinforcement), it is possible to reduce costs by approximately 30% over a construction length of 30m.

■Compatible with the effective height of the internal space
