About This Product

■A precast concrete product with a rectangular cross section that allows for rapid construction of freestanding retaining walls.PC-Wall is a prestressed concrete product with a rectangular cross section. By installing these PC-walls in a continuous wall-like manner, free-standing road retaining walls, river revetments, etc. can be constructed economically, with a minimum site width, and in a short construction period. The framework can be constructed on limited land in urban areas or urban areas without the need for large-scale temporary construction and with minimal impact on surrounding structures and the ground.

 Additionally, by using beams, struts, etc., it is possible to reduce the displacement and cross section of the top end compared to free-standing structures.

■Features- Can be allocated according to the terrain.
・Manufacturing using centrifugal compaction provides a smooth and precise surface finish, requiring almost no maintenance.
・By filling the joints with mortar, watertightness is achieved, and by using a water-permeable anti-sand material, water can be drained from the joints. 

■High bending rigidity・□900 can be used for free-standing wall structures with wall heights of up to approximately 9m. (Depends on ground/surcharge load conditions)
・Secures bending rigidity 1.5 times or more compared to steel pipe sheet piles with the same outer diameter.

■No need for temporary mounting・Because it is constructed using the press-in method and has a self-supporting structure, no temporary mountain retaining is required.
・Since the ground in the back is not disturbed, there is little impact on nearby private houses and important structures.
・Can also be used on soft ground and does not require penetration into the supporting layer.

■Speedy construction・The construction process is simple and the construction period can be shortened compared to conventional construction methods.
・Standard construction can be performed quickly with low noise and low vibration using the press-in method.
・For hard ground, pre-boring method and TRD method can be used.
・The horizontal alignment and the level of the top of the retaining wall can be changed freely according to the plan.
- When bearing the reaction force of the upper structure, the supporting force can be obtained by hardening the tip after penetrating the support layer.
