About This Product

ONA pile is a PHC pile developed through joint research between Onoda Cement Co., Ltd. (currently Taiheiyo Cement Co., Ltd.) and Nippon Concrete Industry Co., Ltd. Since the development of high-bearing-capacity pile construction methods has increased the bearing capacity of piles, in addition to the conventional high-strength piles with a design standard strength of Fc=85N/mm2, piles with a design standard strength of Fc=105N/mm2 and 123N/mm2 have been developed. High-strength piles are also often used. In addition to welded joints, mechanical joints are also used for joints.

■Summary

ONA pile is a PHC pile developed for use in high-bearing capacity pile construction methods, and has a large axial bearing capacity due to the use of high-strength concrete and ultra-high-strength concrete. ONA piles include ONA piles of type A with φ300 to φ600, Hi-ONA piles of type B and C, and NC-ONA piles of type A and NC-HiONA piles of types B and C with φ700 to φ1200.
