About This Product

For high-temperature LED lighting, leave it to the PH-T series, which has a rich track record of installation.

■Applications

Automobile assembly plants, paper factories, steel factories, environmental test chambers, thermostatic chambers, Robodrills, school lunch center disinfection rooms, sewage facilities, saunas (light bulb color), etc.

■Supports high temperature environment of 135℃ (also supports low temperature environment of -40℃)

The high-temperature LED lighting PH-T series has a special design that suppresses the deterioration of the LED element due to high temperatures, making it possible to use it in high-temperature environments. In addition, we use 180℃ heat-resistant wire cables, and the cable glands and ventilation valves are also made of metal that can withstand use under high temperatures. The LED light distribution lens is also heat resistant. *However, the included AC/DC power supply must be placed separately outside the high temperature environment (below 60℃). (A 25m cable is included as standard to connect the LED lighting unit and the power supply.)

■High impact performance

High impact performance with vibration resistance of 4G and shock resistance of 40G. It can also be used in areas with strong vibrations and can be installed on hoist cranes.

■Compatible with high humidity environments and anti-condensation structure

A ventilation valve is used to ventilate the inside of the equipment and prevent condensation. Can also be used in high humidity environments (95% humidity).

■Using tempered glass for the front cover

Since it uses tempered glass, there is no discoloration due to oil etc. Synthetic resins such as polycarbonate yellow due to ultraviolet rays, oil, salt, etc. and deteriorate in illuminance.

■Dustproof/waterproof performance IP67

IP67 is a completely dust-proof structure and has waterproof performance that can be used even if submerged 1 meter below the water surface for 30 minutes.
