About This Product

■Applications

The file body is already magnetized, so chips will not be scattered.

■How to use

・Wipe the dirt off the knife with a cloth. ・Hold the sharpener in your left hand and the knife in your right hand, and alternately slide the knife from the front of the sharpener to the other side. (The applicable angle is approximately 20 degrees to 45 degrees.) ・Slide the blade from the base to the tip on the sharpener. ・Repeat this action 4 to 5 times. - Make a trial cut, and if the cutting is poor, repeat. (A sharp knife will not make your eyes sting when cutting onions.) - Stand the sharpener on a flat surface, hold it in front of your body, and cross the blade and sharpener on the front side of the sharpener. (The angle of application should be between 20°C and 45°C depending on the shape of the knife. The operations in steps 1 and 3 to 5 are the same as how to use (part 1).)

■Precautions for use

- Remove magnetized iron powder from the sharpener with a cloth and store it in a dry place. ・Please be careful not to hurt your hands with the edge of the knife or kitchen knife. -This product is for repairing the edge of the blade, so please use a whetstone to clean up the blade.
