About This Product

■Summary

"Bright-900 Series" is an original Tsubosan product that can be used for both soft and hard materials. In particular, it does not clog the file, has excellent chip removal properties, and exhibits excellent corrosion resistance and durability.

■Features

- Durability is 3 to 6 times higher than conventional products (depending on the material to be cut). - Excellent rust and corrosion resistance, preventing deterioration due to rust in humid environments, marine environments, etc. ・Especially excellent cutting dust removal properties, almost no clogging of the file, and cutting dust can be easily removed, resulting in long-lasting sharpness.

■Applications

・With a surface hardness of HV900 (HRC67), a single file can be applied to both soft and hard materials such as wood products, wax, plastic products, aluminum materials, copper materials, mold steel, stainless steel, and ceramics. It's now possible. ・One set contains 5 pieces. We can also produce sets other than 5 pieces. The eye type is #6. (#3 can also be produced)
