About This Product

General-purpose vibration VM-82A is a vibration meter used mainly for maintenance and inspection of industrial machinery, mainly for rotating machinery. The acceleration, speed, and displacement are measured in an appropriate frequency range to evaluate the vibration status of the machine.

■ Characteristics・ The operation panel is easy to switch between measurement mode and settings.
・ A wide range of measurements can be made by changing the acceleration pickup used
・ The measurement starts under the previously set conditions when the power is turned on by the backup function.
・ Equipped with USB interface. Save data can be transferred to a computer
・ 24 hours of continuous measurement by alkaline batteries. Compatible with environmentally friendly nickel hydrogen batteries
・ Weight 270g compact design (including batteries)

■ Supports a wide range of measurementsBy changing the pickup, it can handle a wide range of measurements. The pickup sensitivity, measurement range, and frequency range can be set for each measurement mode in relation to the right table.

■ Data memory functionVM-82A saves up to 1,000 data in internal memory. The saved data can be displayed by specifying the address in recall mode. You can also transfer data saved on your computer.

■ Easy -to -read LCD screenThe bar graph and numerical value are displayed at the same time on the LCD screen, and the state of the fluctuation is easily grasped. Information such as the set frequency range is also displayed, and the contents can be confirmed in the dark place with the backlight function. When it is overloaded, the OVER is displayed and the entire liquid crystal turns red.
