About This Product

Improved pleat stitch cycle time and high productivity. Confirm the sewing condition settings using the basting function and start production immediately with a simple setting operation. (Setting conditions can be memorized)

■Features

・The folds of ready-made curtains are beautifully finished according to the specified dimensions. ・Hook spacing, pleat length, and mountain height are automatically calculated by inputting the necessary data (original width, finished width, number of pleats, number of threads), making it easy to set complicated conditions. - Speeds up pleat stitch cycle time and achieves high productivity. Easy operation and high efficiency ・Confirm the sewing condition settings by performing a test run using the basting function (selecting a pattern with a sewing pitch of 6 mm). If you input the error between the remaining fabric and the finished width, the optimal folding amount will be displayed, so just adjust the folding depth dial. ・If you register the setting conditions, you can save the trouble of entering individual data by just calling the number. ・Set-size stitches and mountain tacking stitches are simultaneously selected and sewn according to the height of the pleats. ・It is possible to set edge stitching in conjunction with pleat stitching. When sewing edges, select an edge stitching pattern that does not have a hem stop. ・Equipped with a direct motor electronic cycle sewing machine with a maximum rotation speed of 2,800 rpm and presser foot lift of 2 cm.
