About This Product

Equipped with a new color LCD panel for easy data entry. Equipped with touch panel and new electrical equipment (sequence) 4 Ac Servo Motors. The fabric feeding and sewing machine control methods have been improved to make operations smoother. The fabric is interlined using a unique mechanism, then folded in two consecutively and sewn upside down. The key processes that affect the quality of pleat removal, such as interlining and top-laying, are automatically and accurately sewn with simple operations. Beautiful finish, 2 processes at the same time with 1 machine, compact space.

■Features

・The interlining fits perfectly against the outer material and does not create waves. ・Tenfuse is folded tightly along the core and sewn straight and neatly without any seams. - Unique folding conveyance mechanism ensures accurate and uniform width. - Equipped with a pattern matching function that automatically corrects left-right fabric misalignment in the sewing area, resulting in a high-quality finish. - The device automatically converts by inputting the core width. ・The total sewing length and total number of sheets will be displayed. *Optional name insertion device is available.
