About This Product

Even if you have no sewing experience, just set the fabric and it will sew automatically. Even with difficult materials, there is no puckering due to misaligned stitching.

■Features

- Clamp mechanism allows fabric to be set easily and accurately. - After sewing three rolls on the right side, quickly change direction to the left side. Easily equipped with a conveyor (can be used from either the left or right side) ・The cutting-edge automatic fabric thickness sensor allows for three-roll sewing with an accurate finish. - It is now possible to change the speed of the sewing machine depending on the material. (Maximum rotation speed 2,000rpm) About the performance of NCH-400C three-roll automatic machine

■ Finished width of three volumes

・If the finish is full turn → minimum 15mm to maximum 50mm ・If the finish is single → minimum 15mm to maximum 75mm (single width maximum 50mm)

■In the case of two folds such as tenbushi

Minimum 15mm to maximum 75mm

■Sewing length

Current maximum 2,750mm

■Lined curtains

Lining can be full turn or single turn

■Conditions for weight specifications

・It is absolutely necessary to sew the weight to the edge of the hem in the previous process. ・The finished width of the third volume is 25mm or more ・Most lace fabrics can be sewn ・For thick drape fabric, insert it after sewing the third roll.

■Conditions for name insertion

・The seam allowance for the name must be at least 8mm. If it is less than 8mm, secure it with double-sided tape. ・If the name is folded in half, temporarily secure it with a sewing machine in the previous process.
