About This Product

By adding multicolor stitching or dot hole patterns to automobiles (car seats, door linings, etc.), leather products (bags, shoes, etc.), furniture, etc., you can differentiate your products into high-quality products. ■ Generous input of embroidery machine know-how

・Wide sewing area. The machine head of electronic pattern sewing machines uses a ``bridge type'' instead of the ``arm type,'' which makes it difficult to take up space for sewing, ensuring a wider sewing area than general sewing machines. We can also handle a wide range of large products such as car seats and furniture. ・High precision and stable finish. The support structure that supports the frame on the back and right side allows for stable movement of the frame, allowing for highly accurate drilling, sewing, and embroidery. It is equipped with the main functions such as color change, sewing stopper, and thread trimming that have been cultivated over many years in the manufacture of embroidery machines.

■Sewing data can be created and edited on the operation panel

Design data for sewing can be easily created and edited on the operation panel. *Since this function is intended for simple modification of designs, we recommend the dedicated application software "DG-S" for creating new designs.

■Digital presser foot “DCP”

DCP is Tajima's unique function that electrically controls the presser foot. The movement of the presser foot can be set in detail according to various conditions such as the thickness of the material, so it is less likely to cause irregularities in sewing or thread breakage. *DCP: Abbreviation for Digitally Controlled Presser foot.

■Dedicated application software "DG-S" is used to create designs.

Tajima's exclusive design creation software "DG-S" allows designers to create patterns without sacrificing their creativity. You can freely modify the design. Reduce trial and error losses to the utmost. Additionally, Illustrator and CAD data can be converted directly into drilling and sewing data.

■Small lot support

By creating patterns using data, we can significantly reduce the cost and time required for conventional mold manufacturing, allowing us to flexibly respond to small lots that require variety.
