Chain stitch handle head
■Achieves high speed rotation of up to 750 rpmHigh-speed rotation of up to 750 rpm (our previous model was 600 rpm) greatly increases productivity.

■Automatic switching of 6-color automatic color change sewing method that enables a variety of color schemesYou can freely set the color change order and sewing method (loop stitch, chain stitch) to match the design you are embroidering. During embroidery, the colors change automatically and the stitching method changes automatically, making it possible to create a wide variety of designs.

■Automatic evacuation mechanismWhen the embroidery is finished, the needle, nipple and presser foot are raised to the retracted position, making it possible to change the fabric more efficiently.

■Automatic needle height adjustment mechanismYou can adjust the needle height according to the height of the loop when sewing loops or the size of the chain when sewing chains. (The height of the needle can be adjusted in 10 steps)

■Prevention of fraying with loop stitchingAfter loop sewing is completed, several chain stitches are automatically performed to prevent fraying that can cause product defects.

■Uses a ball screw drive system that significantly reduces the time required to change colors.The ball screw drive system used in the drive parts of precision industrial machinery is used in the color change drive part. The color change transition time between the 1st and 9th needles has been shortened from approximately 3 seconds to 1.1 seconds, greatly improving production efficiency for multicolor embroidery.

■Thread breakage detection device that prevents processing errorsOptical sensor constantly detects yarn movement. If the upper thread or bobbin thread breaks, it is detected instantly and sewing is stopped on the spot. This prevents processing errors such as continuing to sew. Additionally, the detection sensitivity can be adjusted on the operation panel according to the embroidery conditions.

■ Middle thread guide with thread take-up spring that maintains the balance between upper thread and lower thread <PAT>By moving the thread take-up spring closer to the needle base, the pulling response has been improved. Maintains a constant balance between the upper thread and lower thread during high-speed rotation, improving thread tightness. In addition, thread breakage caused by ultra-fine satin stitches of 2 mm or less, needle ends, and untwisting has been reduced by 30% to 50% (compared to our company).

■Spiral tube and balance guard with safety in mind (PAT)By installing a spiral tube between the upper thread guide stand and the independent adjustment stand, the thread is protected from environmental winds such as air conditioners that can cause thread tangling. In addition, we have installed a uniquely developed cover on the thread take-up part to prevent line entanglement that occurs during high-speed operation and to improve safety.
