About This Product

This cylinder type small head machine is capable of embroidering not only regular embroidery but also various products. Bridge type for small lots. We can flexibly respond to ever-changing production schedules.

■Achieves high speed rotation

High speed of 1,000rpm enables high productivity.

■Stable sewing

- Adopts closed loop control for frame drive. A sensor constantly detects the amount of movement of the embroidery frame, and in the unlikely event that the frame is overloaded, the machine will stop instantly. This prevents product loss. In addition, the optimal drive is performed according to the type of frame used, so you can be satisfied with the finished embroidery. ・AC servo is used for main shaft drive. An AC servo motor is used to drive the main shaft. Accurate spindle drive realizes stable sewing.

■Tajima's unique high-tech technology

Numerous patents prove our high technological capabilities. ・Rotary type thread breakage detection. Stable upper and lower thread breakage detection is performed even during high-speed operation. - Thread tension compatible with high speed. By adopting a middle thread guide (PAT) with a thread take-up spring, the sewing condition is more stable. ・Take-up guard <PAT> Improves the flow of the needle thread, prevents thread entanglement, and improves safety. - Hook <PAT> The hook developed by our company allows for stable sewing even at high speeds. ・Pattern data management <PAT> You can check the details of individual pattern data (pattern name, number of stitches, etc.).

■Easy-to-read display, easy operation

- Speed ​​up processing. Processing speeds such as pattern display and screen switching have been increased, improving operability. ・6.5 inch color LCD. It is compact with an easy-to-read 6.5-inch LCD panel and dedicated keys for intuitive operation. Also, the embroidery progress is displayed on the screen in real time (PAT). ・Adopts Windows® CE as OS ・Selectable data input. You can input and output pattern data using a USB memory. In addition, if you use the optional floppy disk drive, you can input and output data to a floppy disk. ・Sleep mode. You can put the embroidery machine into standby mode with a single button, reducing unnecessary power consumption. By using sleep mode without turning off the main power during breaks or other breaks, you can quickly start up the embroidery machine when you start work.
