About This Product

The TMAR-KC series, which uses the latest technology to enable highly accurate embroidery, has been further evolved with new features.

■ Beautifully embroidered on thick fabrics and leather. Equipped with digital control presser foot DCP

By digitally controlling the presser foot, you can set the height of the presser foot according to the thickness of the fabric. In addition, the timing of pressing the fabric is optimized to suppress flapping of the embroidery material, resulting in precise and beautiful embroidery. It is especially effective on leather, thick materials, elastic materials, quilting, etc., which are difficult to embroider.

■Aim for the texture of hand embroidery or lace embroidery. Equipped with FS mode

Equipped with the popular FS mode in TFGNII as standard. The stability and quality of embroidery has been improved by optimally tuning the embroidery machine and reducing the burden on the thread. Furthermore, by combining FS mode special parts (sold separately), it is compatible with soft twisted threads and thick threads that are difficult to embroider.

■Improvement of work efficiency. direct command switch

The adjustment table is equipped with various operation switches and multi-color LEDs. The main functions of the operation panel can be operated in front of the embroidery head, improving work efficiency. Frequently used functions can also be registered to custom switches. (Scheduled to be supported in 2016)

■ Massively increased production volume of hat embroidery

The newly designed slim cylinder head is approximately 12% smaller than the conventional cylinder head, making it more suitable for cylindrical finished products such as sleeves and pockets. Additionally, the cap frame support structure has been newly designed with increased rigidity to match the slim cylinder head. The stability of embroidery has been improved, and the maximum rotation speed has been significantly increased to a maximum of 1,000 revolutions/minute (900 revolutions/minute at 4mm).
