About This Product

The ultimate flagship model with sophisticated functions and expandability.

■Equipped with a digitally controlled presser foot "DCP" that reliably holds down thick fabrics.

DCP is Tajima's unique technology that uses a motor to digitally control the "presser foot" that presses the fabric, and presses the fabric securely. Reduces the "flapping" of the fabric during embroidery. This is effective when embroidering thick or thin fabrics, or folds in sewn fabrics. DCP also allows you to set the presser foot to the optimal height according to the thickness of the fabric. Work that used to be done by technicians can now be easily configured using a touch panel.

■Equipped with FS mode

FS mode is now standard on all models. This function improves the stability and quality of embroidery for soft and thick threads with little twist that are difficult to embroider. Even more effects can be obtained by combining parts dedicated to FS mode. When FS mode is selected, the rotation speed is limited, but with TMCR, FS mode can be turned on or off for each needle, minimizing the drop in production efficiency.

■Direct command switch

The adjustment table is equipped with various operation switches and multi-color LEDs. The main functions of the operation panel can be operated in front of the embroidery head, improving work efficiency. Frequently used functions can also be registered to custom switches. (Scheduled to be supported in 2018)

■Multi code device 2 (optional)

Tajima's original multi-cord device 2 that sews 6 types of cords. The digitally controlled presser foot applies pressure and timing to suit the material, accurately sewing and securing the material. The soft material takes advantage of the texture of the material, giving it a fluffy finish, and you can create embroidery with a three-dimensional effect by sewing the cords together.
