■Towards even greater heights

We aimed to further improve sewing stability and seam finish from the popular TFGN series. We have adopted an AC servo motor with excellent energy efficiency as the main shaft motor that is directly connected to the needle penetration force, and have improved the output of the embroidery frame drive motor, which is the key to an embroidery machine, refining the basics of the embroidery machine. . In addition, the reinforced sash, which was only introduced on some large machines, is now standard on all machines in the TMCP-VF series. By firmly supporting the front and rear sashes with three bearings, deformation of the frame due to sewing is minimized.

■Equipped with FS mode

FS mode is now standard on all models. This function improves the stability and quality of embroidery for soft and thick threads with little twist that are difficult to embroider. Even more effects can be obtained by combining parts dedicated to FS mode. When FS mode is selected, the rotation speed is limited, but with TMCR, FS mode can be turned on or off for each needle, minimizing the drop in production efficiency.

■Direct command switch

The adjustment table is equipped with various operation switches and multi-color LEDs. The main functions of the operation panel can be operated in front of the embroidery head, improving work efficiency. Frequently used functions can also be registered to custom switches. (Scheduled to be supported in 2018)

■Seed bead device (manufacturer option)

Automatic color change bead embroidery device. Bead embroidery, which was previously sewn by hand by craftsmen, has been mechanized and mass production has become possible. It also uses a bead tape reel that is easy to replace. Material management is now easier.

■Manufacturer options

・ESQ-C: The complex mechanism of the sequin device has been completely revised, improving sewing accuracy and significantly reducing adjustment time. It is easier to change the sequin material than before. Bead device attachments are also available. ・SBC: Grab the replacement bobbin and set it in the hook. Replace in just 6 seconds. It takes only 6 seconds for the SBC to replace the entire bobbin thread bobbin. Since a replacement bobbin can be set in advance while the embroidery machine is running, machine downtime due to bobbin replacement can be greatly reduced.
