About This Product

■Energy-saving glass with high weather resistance and great energy-saving effect

This is laminated glass with an interlayer film made of acrylic resin developed specifically for glass.

■Characteristics

・Hercules' clear resin laminated glass is more transparent and beautiful than other companies' film laminated glass. ・It blocks more than 99% of UV rays, so it prevents sunburn indoors, reduces the risk of skin cancer, and prevents discoloration of furniture. ・Suga Test Machine ・Sunshine Weather Meter (repeated ultraviolet irradiation and hot water spraying) ΔE (color difference) is 1.2% after 3,000 hours ・Iwasaki Electric Eye Super UV tester accelerated light resistance test (temperature 63℃, humidity 50%, irradiance 100mW/cm2) 300 hours, ΔE = 2.2% ・Satake Kagaku Kikai Kogyo ・Thermal shock tester (-50℃/30 minutes → 100℃/30 minutes → -50℃/30 minutes) ΔE=1.0% at 500 cycles ・By adding a small amount of white pigment to the clear resin layer, it is possible to achieve a heat shielding effect without losing sunlight and improve the design. ・The resin film of "Hercules A" has a damping function that suppresses resonance (coincidence effect), and has better soundproofing properties than general laminated glass (T-2 level soundproofing performance) ・The resin film of "Hercules A" exhibits a great insect repellent effect by cutting out the light that insects prefer (peak wavelength = 370 nm)
