About This Product

Unicore is a type of iron core used in transformers, similar to wound cores, but is manufactured using a different manufacturing method than wound cores. The Unicore manufacturing machine has all core shapes and dimensions programmed on the computer, so just by inputting the shape and core dimensions into the dedicated software, it will cut to the set length and perform the bending process. The operator rolls and molds the cut sheets while shifting the cutting position, making it easy to produce cores. After molding, strain relief annealing is not required, and the core shape can be easily maintained, making it a core that is more efficient in incorporating copper wire in the post-process compared to conventional large EI cores and strip cores. . In addition, since EI cores and wound cores do not require molds, jigs, or mandrels, they are suitable for small-lot production. We can handle samples starting from just one unit and small-scale production.
