About This Product

Super Core is an ultra-thin, highest-grade non-oriented steel sheet developed by JFE Steel that uses a manufacturing method completely different from that of conventional electrical steel sheets to create a steel sheet with a Si content of 6.5%, which was previously considered impossible. It is an electromagnetic steel sheet.

This steel plate has extremely low iron loss in the high frequency range, allowing equipment to generate less heat and be more compact. Furthermore, even when a small alternating current magnetic field with high frequency is applied, it shows high responsiveness (high magnetic permeability) and has almost zero magnetostriction, which causes noise and vibration, making it possible to significantly reduce the noise of the device.

At our company, we press punch out 0.1mm steel plates and manufacture various products such as adhesive laminated block cores, cut cores, and loose cores.
