About This Product

NCW core is an uncut core used in coil bobbin type wound core transformers. A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet with excellent magnetic properties is wound into a cylindrical shape using our own special automatic winding machine, and then annealed in an electric furnace to recrystallize the crystal structure that has undergone processing distortion. to remove machining distortion and complete the process.

By using this NCW core, the core structure is simpler and there are no cut surfaces or gaps in the core, compared to the case of using conventional EI cores or wound cores, making it possible to design smaller and lighter transformers. It will be possible. Since it can be installed vertically or horizontally, storage efficiency can be improved. Additionally, because the core structure is simple, noise and vibration are less likely to occur.
