About This Product
The glass material introduced through the upper chute is crushed by striking it against an impact plate inside a robust casing with a striking blade attached to a rotating rotor. When the crushed pieces (cullet) bounce back, they are further crushed, and when they pass through the gaps between the primary and secondary tooth plates and the rotor, they are compressed into fine pieces and then discharged from the lower discharge port.
The interior uses a liner system, making it easy to maintain, and when the striking blade becomes worn, it can be rotated 180 degrees.
